Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles™ : Turtles in Time Re-Shelled Review
If you remember TMNT: Turtles in Time, then you can remember what a fantastic game it was. The new version “Re-Shelled” stays true to its roots. The gameplay is a near carbon copy of the classic game, but with the added 3D graphics.

The Graphics
The graphics in this game are good, but not to the full capabilities of an Xbox 360. I say, if you’re going to remake an amazing classic game like this, take an few extra month in production time to make it even more amazing.
That aside, it looks great for a side-scrolling game. Playing it in full HD is awesome, and you appreciate the wise-cracking, pizza-loving turtles as much as you did in 1992.

Gameplay
As I said before, you will see little difference from the original. The only difference I saw in gameplay is an enhanced ability to attack diagonally, which is an improvement. Other than that, it’s the same.
The only real issue I have with the game is that I was able to complete the entire campaign mode in about 45 minutes on single player. I guess that comes with the game keeping its roots. I haven’t played the online multiplayer, but it looks like a great way to spend an hour with some friends.

Buy or Not?
It doesn’t have the most amazing graphics I’ve ever seen, but the 3D, HD upgrade are awesome. It costs 800 Microsoft Points and in my opinion, if you were a fan of the classic game, you will love this one just as much. If you haven’t played the original, this is still a pretty great game and I would suggest getting it.
